At Tank Land Ventures LLC, we stand behind the quality of the tanks, shipping containers, and portable toilets we sell. This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage available for eligible products and the process for submitting a warranty claim.
Warranty Coverage
New Products
Eligible new products include a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship.
Refurbished Products
Eligible refurbished products include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery covering major functional or structural defects related to the refurbishment.
Used Products
Unless a specific warranty is expressly stated on the applicable product page or provided in writing, used products are sold according to their advertised condition and may not include an additional Tank Land Ventures LLC warranty.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the condition of used products and disclose known material defects where applicable.
What Our Limited Warranty Covers
Depending on the product and its advertised condition, eligible warranty claims may include:
- Qualifying structural defects
- Manufacturing defects
- Major functional failures affecting the product’s intended use
- Qualifying defects resulting from refurbishment
- Other defects specifically covered by a written product warranty
Normal cosmetic characteristics associated with used or refurbished equipment are not considered warranty defects when consistent with the advertised condition.
What Is Not Covered
Our limited warranty does not generally cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, fading, or other cosmetic wear consistent with the product’s condition
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Improper installation or placement
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Accidents or impact damage
- Damage caused by improper transportation after delivery
- Damage resulting from severe weather, flooding, fire, or other external events
- Use of a product for an application for which it was not designed
Customers are responsible for following applicable installation, maintenance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a qualifying warranty issue, please contact us within the applicable warranty period.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Product information
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
- Any other information reasonably required to evaluate the claim
Our team will review the information and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
Warranty Resolution
For an approved warranty claim, the appropriate resolution may include, depending on the circumstances:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Replacement parts where applicable
- Exchange
- Refund
The appropriate solution will depend on the product, nature of the defect, availability of replacement products or components, and other relevant circumstances.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
