Order Cancellation Policy

At Tankland Ventures LLC, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be canceled, the procedures for requesting a cancellation, and how refunds are handled when a cancellation is approved.
Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining a fair and transparent cancellation process for all customers.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Order Cancellation Policy.
1. Cancellation Before Order Processing
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has entered processing.
If the cancellation request is received before processing begins, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel the order without additional charges.
Once the cancellation has been approved, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Cancellation After Order Processing
Once an order has entered processing, inventory may have already been allocated, documentation prepared, or shipping arrangements scheduled.
For this reason, cancellation requests submitted after processing has begun may not be possible.
If cancellation is approved after processing has started, additional charges or deductions may apply.
3. Orders That Have Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped cannot generally be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after shipment, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Approved returned products may be subject to our published return requirements and applicable fees.
4. Custom or Special-Order Products
Orders for custom-built, modified, personalized, or special-order products generally cannot be canceled once production, customization, or supplier ordering has begun.
These products are manufactured or prepared specifically for the customer and therefore are not eligible for standard cancellation.
5. How to Request an Order Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your full name.
- Order number.
- Email address used for the order.
- Telephone number.
- Reason for the cancellation request.
Submitting complete information helps us process your request more efficiently.
6. Cancellation Request Review
Every cancellation request is reviewed individually.

- Whether the order has entered processing.
- Whether the order has already shipped.
- Whether the product is eligible for cancellation.
- Whether any applicable fees or deductions apply.

7. Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after cancellation approval.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
8. Refund Deductions
If a cancellation occurs after order processing has begun but before shipment, Tankland Ventures LLC reserves the right to deduct any reasonable costs already incurred in preparing the order, where permitted by applicable law.
If a shipped product is returned after delivery, refunds may also be subject to the terms of our Refund & Returns Policy, including the applicable 15% restocking fee for eligible returns.
9. Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address, contact information, or another order detail, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.
10. Orders Canceled by Tankland Ventures LLC
Tankland Ventures LLC reserves the right to cancel any order for legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Payment authorization failure.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Inaccurate customer information.
- Shipping restrictions.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
11. Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, some orders may be delayed while payment verification or identity confirmation is completed.
Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or violations of our Terms & Conditions may be canceled without prior notice.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing all order information before submitting payment.
- Providing accurate billing and shipping information.
- Contacting us immediately if changes or cancellation are required.
