Can I return an order?
Yes. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and applicable return transportation costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability and our return conditions.
If the replacement product has a different price, the applicable price difference will be handled as part of the exchange.
What happens if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect product or discover significant transportation damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible. Provide your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.
After reviewing the claim, an appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, Tank Land Ventures LLC generally processes the refund within 7 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
