1. About Tank Land Ventures LLC
Tank Land Ventures LLC supplies tanks, shipping containers, and portable toilets to customers throughout the United States.
Customers placing orders through our website must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, dimensions, and availability information for products listed on our website.
Our inventory may include new, used, refurbished, or other condition-specific products. The applicable condition will be identified on the product page.
Used products, particularly shipping containers, may have normal cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, faded paint, markings, or minor surface corrosion. Cosmetic characteristics consistent with the advertised condition are not necessarily considered defects.
Product images may occasionally be representative of a particular model, size, or condition rather than the exact individual unit. Customers who require information about a specific unit should contact us before ordering.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
The applicable product price and other charges will be displayed during checkout before the customer submits the order.
Payment methods currently available will be displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized or confirmed before an order can be released for shipment.
If we discover a material pricing or listing error after an order is submitted, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the affected order.
4. Order Acceptance & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
Tank Land Ventures LLC may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary due to circumstances such as:
- Product unavailability
- Material pricing errors
- Failed payment authorization
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incorrect customer information
- Delivery limitations
If we cancel an order after collecting payment and the product has not been provided, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Tank Land Ventures LLC currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders.
Our standard processing time is approximately 1–2 business days, and most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–5 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates may be affected by product availability, destination, weather, carrier schedules, road conditions, site accessibility, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Delivery Site Requirements
Customers purchasing large products such as tanks and shipping containers are responsible for ensuring their delivery location is reasonably accessible and suitable for the applicable delivery equipment.
Customers should consider driveway and road access, ground conditions, overhead clearance, unloading space, gates, trees, power lines, and other possible obstructions.
Customers are also responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required for the placement, installation, or use of purchased products.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
We also accept eligible exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability and applicable return conditions.
Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for applicable return transportation costs.
The restocking fee and return transportation costs do not apply to approved returns involving verified incorrect or qualifying defective products attributable to Tank Land Ventures LLC.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers should inspect their products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect product or discover significant transportation damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible.
We may request your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.
9. Order Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has entered the shipping or delivery process, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead need to be handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
Customers are also responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended application and complying with applicable installation requirements, safety standards, permits, zoning rules, and local regulations.
Certain products, including propane or other specialized tanks, may require professional installation or inspection. Customers should follow applicable manufacturer instructions and legal requirements.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with website operations, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
Website content owned by Tank Land Ventures LLC, including our original text, graphics, branding, and other materials, may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tank Land Ventures LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, road closures, natural disasters, carrier delays, or government actions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any customer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
