Our Quality Commitment
Before completing your purchase, we encourage you to carefully review the product description, specifications, dimensions, condition, and photographs provided on the applicable product page.
Products may be sold as new, used, refurbished, or in another clearly identified condition. Used products may have normal cosmetic characteristics such as scratches, dents, markings, paint wear, or minor surface corrosion consistent with their advertised condition.
Where a manufacturer warranty applies to a particular product, applicable warranty information may be provided with the product or upon request.
Damaged Products
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as reasonably possible upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage, document the condition with clear photographs before or during unloading whenever possible. If the carrier provides a delivery receipt, note any significant visible damage on the receipt before signing.
If you discover significant transportation damage after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible.

- Photographs showing the damaged area
- Photographs of packaging, where applicable
Our team will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect or Qualifying Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect product or a product with a qualifying defect that was not disclosed before purchase, please contact us promptly.
Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include:

- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund
Verified incorrect or qualifying defective products attributable to Tank Land Ventures LLC will not be subject to the 15% restocking fee applicable to change-of-mind returns.
